Here are two articles that talk about how the U.S. federal and state governments are offshoring some of their functions. There was some progress a couple of years ago by some states to restrict offshoring of government contracts, but not enough is being done. And with all the talk about national security, why does the government think it's OK to send jobs and data to foreign countries?
