AP news story: Pfizer to Outsource Some IT Jobs to India
Add Pfizer to the list of American companies participating in the weakening of this country.
I'm seeing an increasing amount of concern about slipping leadership among American companies, workers, students, etc. Some articles do attribute our increasing competitive disadvantage to offshoring, but not enough, in my opinion. We are a generous country in that we take in immigrants from all over the world, educate them at our schools (subsidized by American taxpayers), and send good jobs overseas. Is it any wonder that people in places like India are using what we gave them to strengthen their own countries at our expense?
