Stop Offshoring

I have been looking for a job the past month, and I've come across a wide gamut of companies, as far as offshoring is concerned. On one extreme, I interviewed with a startup that has a handful of H1B employees in the U.S. and more developers in India. Needless to say, I told them I wasn't interested in the job after finding out what their setup was like. At the opposite end of the spectrum was a company that was focused on hiring good engineers here and did not believe in offshoring. That's the kind of company I want to work for!
